Edge Animate and Chrome Cache Problem

Can you post a link for others to check? I have not had to do this.

I'm having this same exact issue, though it seems to only affect animations with embedded video or audio. It's really frustrating. I chatted with support today about it and sent them an OAM for them to pick apart and try to troubleshoot. I'll post again here if I get this sorted out.

Additionally, when I uncheck "preload audio/video" the animation will load but the actual media in question won't.

Any news? I have the same problem with my animation... it has embedded audio too.

It works fine in Safari and Firefox, but only displays the first time in Chrome.

I went back and forth with support for a couple weeks and it just all of a sudden started working again. At this point, I've switched the project over to another service, but I'd like to use Edge in the future and it's frustrating to not know what caused the issue.

I had recently big problems with Chrome. I could play my site in Firefox and Safari but not in Chrome. There areal  issue with Chrome... but mostly the real problem was in my project itself. I put some order on it and the problem disappeared I hope for ever :-)
