When I have created an email account, and click save - the following message occurs:
Error An error has occurred. Please try again. The email account doesn't seem to have been created.
When I refreshes the page, the email account I just created, appears anyway....
But the activation email were never sent.
So - when I try to resend the invitation email, following message occurs:
Error Problem sending invitation email.
When I inspect the BC-page (admin console, site settings, email accounts) where these error messages occurs, I get this message:
Status: 500 Internal Server Error on https://api-adub.worldsecuresystems.com/api/v2/admin/sites/882595/emailusers/870339/sendIn vitation
All this I've told support...
But they always tell me that this is caused by an issue on my end.
Some of the same things are happening when I'm adding an admin user!
I've been struggeling with this for 2 years, and I've been in contact with support several times.
But it worked in the older interface - V2. So as long as there were a link to the older interface, I switched over to V2 to do this job. But now the link has been removed - and I do not know what to do! This is a problem for all my sites. I've tried different browsers and different computers on other locations. But the same thing is always happening.
Support have tried to "replicate" this problem, but they get it to work from wherever they are.
Since it worked in V2, and doesn't work now either from my computer, or others I've tried, I can't see how it can be anything on my end.
This is a very important function, and I hesitate to take on new clients as long as this doesn't work.
Are there anybody else who have this problem?
Do anybody know what to do?
I am having a similar issue - the email appears to have been created but the activation email was never sent... now we can not remove the busted one or create a log in in a client! - how to repair?
