What happens when you attempt to log into Creative Cloud? Do you get an error?
Hi Dave I have the same problem, I'd like to update but, don't know why, creative cloud app doesn't accept my adobe id password, Can you help? Please Thank you soo much
If you are getting this when installing it may actually be prompting you for an administrative password for the computer to allow the install.
