Is your son's email account linked to the subscription, or your email since you paid?

This was processed on my sons laptop but paid for by my credit card
You are going to have to talk to someone from Adobe to figure this out... if you used your email while paying for the subscription, my understanding is that the account is yours, and your son's email will not work
If you used his email address while paying, the account is in his name and all he SHOULD need to do is login with his ID and the subscription is active
problem solved his email address was incorrectly entered.
