    Need Help Please

      I am in Australia and when I tried to call support I was advised the wait time was 19 to 20 min.


      I have purchased  Adobe Creative Cloud for my son.

      Received the verifying email and the payment has been deducted from my account.

      We did not receive a receipt of payment invoice or redemtion code.

      My sons name is recognised when he tries to log on however he is unable to access the program he  as is sending to the 30 trial package.


      What do we do please?
