Can you please be more speicif when you mean " to quit your free membership "?
Have you installed the Adobe products in trial version and you would like to uninstall?
Welcome to Adobe Forums. A membership can only be canceled when you subscribe to a product.
Since you are using the trial version of Adobe Creative Cloud, you can use it for a period of 30 days post
that you will need to purchase it in order to use it. You don't have to cancel/quit anything when you are using a trial version.
The company I worked for has bought Design Standard CS6 in a box, so they don't use CC. I've created a Adobe ID for it. But now I recently started a study for myself and I've got a student license for Creative Cloud. (just started it a week ago) My Creative Cloud app on my computer conflicts with my „earlier work” creative cloud membership. When I log in as myself it switches to my work membership. (I use a laptop) That’s why I want to quit the free membership. I hope you understand my problem!
Kind regards Amanda
I think I need to make sure I log in with the right adobe account. In that way I don't get the free trials but my license apps. Thanks for your qiuck answer!
Thanks for your answer!
I understand the problem.
On the laptop you use, is there any CS6 software installed?
