    Unable to sign on this computer or device


      I have a licence to use adobe cloud on 2 devices. I have signed out from one device so I can use on my new laptop, but I am still getting a message saying its activated on 2 devices.


      I did the following on my old machine.....


      Cloud / preferences / Account / sign out from creative cloud


      Do I need to do anything else like an uninstall????
