    Reinstall of Creative Cloud App Error

      I am getting an Error 214 when I try to reinstall the CC app. Any ideas?

          Donalthompson you are experiencing a download error.  Please try downloading again.  If you continue to experience difficulties please check your security software and/or try an alternate Internet connection.  If you are connected wirelessly try a wired connection.  If you are connected via a wired connection please try a different cable.
