Please place the original opm.db file on the desktop
- Exit Creative Cloud app.
- On Windows remove the opm.db file located here: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
- On Mac remove the opm.db file located here: <user>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE
- Update Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in

I went through all the folders within OOBE and no opm.db file
Hello, I'm having the same issue...
I tried this solution, although the first time I forgot to move the file to the desktop. Neither time worked. CC Installer is still telling me I have an InDesign update that I installed last week. Do I need to restart the computer as well?
