Hey .. the link points to a adobe USA .. but I'm from India. Anyway .. I spoke to a chat agent on the Indian website. He provided me with a customer care number, whom i called repeatedly with no response. I also called the number provided on the adobe "contact us" .. no response again ..
Update: Spoke to a online agent .. He said he'll check with technical team if there is any problem with Indian Store. Another dead end I guess ..
I am facing the same issue. "Payment Authorisation Failed" is the error I am getting after multiple try. Checked with different credit cards and browsers from Mac and Windows. I am left with out an option now. I am also from India, and have tried the same and ended up with a dead end an year ago. Sad to see the things are still not resolved.
I was able to purchase after clearing browser cache. I dont think you can purchase with a debit card at all. But I notice that the payment method was always showing "VISA" even though I was trying to purchase with my sibling's "MASTERCARD" credit card. So I cleared the browser cache with a PC optimization and cleaning tool (Please DONT use the software if you dont know how .. you could corrupt your registry or windows if used negligently). And it worked on google chrome with a new account and a credit card.
