When working at the computer is so importat to rest your eyes and stretch you legs. What do you use to remind yourself to take breaks?
I'd like suggestions, if you have any, for a desktop app that will remind me to take a break! I'd like something with a visual notification. I had a mindfulness timer previously, however eventually the sound just became background noise and I forgot to take my breaks.

Why not a regular, plain jane timer? Forces you to get off your duff and shut it off or reset it. Better than a stupid app.
