Domain not assigned even though it is

I purchased the domain for my site and I updated the A record in my registrar's control panel. I also added the domain in the BC control panel for my site and it shows up under Domains. However, when I click on A Record in the BC control panel, it says I haven't assigned any domains. What do I need to do?

I know that already. But HOW do I do that? When I click on A Record, it says "You have not added any hostname (A) records" However there is no Edit button. If I click on Edit next to the Domain name, there's nowhere to add or edit an A Record. Also, when I went into the support docs, it says "
Select Site Settings > Site Domains and then select New A Record from the More Actions drop-down."
However, there is NO "More Actions" drop down menu under Site Domains.
