Are you running your computer from an account with Administrator settings?
Actually, just checked and yes i'm running as Administrator. Apparently, I
always run as administrator. Doesn't make the apps updates work any better.
This is an open forum, not Adobe support... please use a web browser (not a cell phone or email) and go back to your message #2 and remove your personal information so a "web bot" does not add you to a spam list
