Version 13 flash player for Mac crashes

What older version of flash player is available for download? I would like to get back to my on line research as quickly as possible. I have gone through all I've found on Adobe's site and deleted all Adobe and flash player from my applications prior to my last flash player download. As a new member is there any direct help with Adobe?
