I have the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud. Today when I opened my programs, I am getting a message that tells me that it has stopped working correctly and that Windows will close the program and notify me if I solution is available. I really need to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere right now, but I am unable to talk to an agent directly over the phone because it is Saturday. I really need this problem resolved asap. Please help me.

If Windows, this week was "patch Tuesday" which MAY have made your graphics adapter driver go out of date
What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself
