    "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working" message


      I have the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud. Today when I opened my programs, I am getting a message that tells me that it has stopped working correctly and that Windows will close the program and notify me if I solution is available. I really need to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere right now, but I am unable to talk to an agent directly over the phone because it is Saturday. I really need this problem resolved asap. Please help me.
