Welcome to Adobe Forums.
Are you using Windows or Mac?
I'm using Windows 7.
Please follow the below steps
Please Navigate to C:Users/Username/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE (Appdata is a hidden folder so click on organize>folder and search options click on view tab and click on show hidden files and click OK)
Delete opm file under OOBE.
Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
Check if you have AAMupdater in the same location.
Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
Thank you for your quick response.
But i do not have Creative Cloud desktop yet.
I'm just trying to get it.
And this page ( https://creative.adobe.com/ ) is empty for me.
I'd like to get in there and download Creative Cloud desktop.
I thought that there is a problem in my browser, so i tried another browser, then tried to log in from another PC but also unsuccessfully.
Also having the same Problem, Mac, Chrome, Safari, Firefox...
I'm also having this problem... Please help !
Same issue here too. When trying to log in to Creative Cloud to download the app manager. Google Chrome throws the following error...
Same issue here trying to purchase creative cloud for teams. - also no luck trying to call them (dont know if this is related)
Also tried on multiple PC's / tablet and with firefox and chrome.
I'm trying to buy the CC education membership, same issue.
I'm from France.
This issue is not related to desktop Software but the creative cloud athentication system.
Like andy_g said, there are SECURITY errors in the browser console (chrome and safari):
creative.adobe.com (chrome): OPTIONS https://scproxy-prod.adobecc.com/profile?_=1397466781216 net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE
Safari Says: Failed to load resource: The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “scproxy-prod.adobecc.com” which could put your confidential information at risk.
All I am trying to do is add a new member to my Team, i.e. give you money. Btw, 24/7 phone support is available only Mo-Fri, 8AM - 5PM.
Can we get propper support please?
Seems to be working now...??
It is finally working for me now on firefox and I'm using a mac.
Can confirm working now. WTG IT!
