Please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon right top corner and select sign out.
- Rename the Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder to OOBE_old (For Mac)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE folder to OOBE_old (For Windows)
- Download the Creative Cloud desktop application https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Now try to install the Creative Cloud application and sign in.
Please reply for any assistance.

Create a new Administrator user account and try to launch Creative Cloud desktop app in new account and try to sign in. (For Windows )

Enable Root user and try to launch Creative Cloud desktop app in root account and try to sign in (For Mac)

I uninstall and reinstall... nothing work!! Iam really angry now... Adobe CC cost a lot and I can't manage to use the desktop client to update and install softwares. wtF!

ScoobyJSP Apr 15, 2014 9:56 PM (in response to benfal)I have two pc's one windows 8.1 the other windows 7. 7 works fine 8.1 will not let me log in. It is a bug that has to be fixed by Adobe. meanwhile you can log into creative cloud web page every time and use it that way.

ScoobyJSP Apr 16, 2014 12:00 AM (in response to benfal)Mine actually says Signed out. It was not when 8.1 came out but an update that could have been microsoft or Adobe Idk. I could have sworn I updated the CC and then it promptly signed me out and never worked after. But I can sign in the web site so hope that doesn't go. They will have to fix something so I will wait for a couple days and hope windows or adobe come out with an update that fixes it. More people post sooner they act.
