We are taking over a business from a previous owner. He has all the membership information and other sales in adobe forms. He has tried to let us co-author those forms but this hasn't been a good solution. He has also exported and we have imported them to our account but this not only looses all responses the links to the previous forms which are out 'there' so to speak don't work now. How do we move them over to us without any loss of data and maintaining the same link?
There is a way for you to "own" the form, but the link has to change. Once the original owner shared the form with you, you may duplicate the form (with form and responses) and you will be the owner of the new form, but at the same time the link to the new form is different from the old one.
