    Creative Cloud download error


      I am having frustrating troubles with my Creative Cloud membership on both my iMac (OSX 10.9.2) and Windows laptop (Windows 7 home premium 64-bit).


      On the Mac, I cannot update myu software; I get the message "Download error" with buttons to "contatct customer support" or "reload applications". I cannot reload apps.


      On the windows machine, my apps open in trial memberships.


      I am paying for a subscription for expensive products that are supposed to work, and they aren't working!
