    Issue with billing information


      Hi Adobe,


      I have recently changed from a monthly CC subscription to a yearly CC subcription, I am now being told that you are having an issue verifying my billing information whenever I try to open a product, and that I have 3 days to resolve the issue, please check my account and advise what the issue is. Because I had no issues untill I changed the account into a yearly account.
