I used Windows 8.1 to download the trial version of Photoshop and Premeir Pro but both gave me similar problem.
For the Photoshop, the message I got was " Update Failed. Download error. Press retry again or contact customer support(49)" So I pressed "Retry" but to no avail.
For the Premier Pro, the message I got was "Installation succeeded, but a patch failed." When I pressed "Learn More", the message is the same as above".
Please advise me what to do next.
Restart your computer. Go to Desktop. Right click desktop Application manager and run as Administrator. Try the download again.
If that fails, or you want to make sure before wasting time, make sure both ure uninstalled from Control Panel > Programs and Features, and run the Cleaner tool
