We need more details, beginning with the pixel dimensions and pixel aspect ratios of your After Effects composition, Premiere Pro sequence, and footage used.
For the After Effects composition, the pixel dimensions are 1200 (width) by 873 (height), pixel aspect ratios are square pixels (400:291). For the premiere pro sequence, pixel dimensions are 1920 by 1080, pixel aspect ratios are square pixels (only says 1.0). The footage from after effects is simply a background with text on it. The background is blurry and then focuses, the text swirls around and then returns to normal, then everything disappears with a card swipe.
Looking at it now I feel a little silly for not noticing, but obviously the dimensions in each one are way off. But would making the dimensions the same make my after effects composition too big/extra blurry?
Thanks for the help.
Why is your AE comp's resolution so much smaller than the PP project's resolution? Is there something in it that keeps from you making it bigger?
For some reason it was just naturally like that when I started making things in adobe after effects. They were greyed out when I tried to change them at first but they aren't anymore.
