I am trying to get into my Creative Cloud account, but it says the server is down. When I click on the status link, it says it is functioning normally. But it is not functioning normally and I can't get into anything except this forum. I have a LOT of work to do, so I really need access to this account. I understand servers go down, but it has been 3.5 hours now and this is Adobe, not a mom and pop venture. Please help.
