Document opened in Photoshop CC prompts for MyriadPro fonts

    Mikesjn

Using Photoshop CC as part of entire suite.

      Platform: Windows 8.1

Everytime the end user opens certain documents they get.

"Some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output.

      MyriadPro Light

      MyriadPro Bold

      MyriadPro Regular

      MyriadPro Semibold"

The end user is adament they have installed these fonts, and when you look in the OS font manager, they are there.

If I do a dir on the C:\windows\Fonts directory I do see those fonts as:

      C:\Windows\Fonts>dir myriadpro*

Volume in drive C is OS

      Volume Serial Number is 2C03-C800

      Directory of C:\Windows\Fonts

I also note that if I look at the font path in the registry

As soon as the end user restarts it says they are not installed, but reinstalling the fonts works for that session. I have had a look at the fonts in the font manager and they say encrypted and there is an unblock button. Which doesn't seem to do anything.

Any advice appreciated as I have had very little to do with fonts, I am not a web designer, if you hadn't guessed.

      Thanks

      Mike
