Licenses for month-to-month subscription

How do I allow my eLearning developer leverage the month-to-month Captivate subscription I signed up for my business? Do I have to give her my log in credentials or is there a way to find the serial # & point her to a download link?

Hi there,

Captivate subscription is annual (there would be an annual commitment to use the software), but the amount is charged on monthly basis.
There would not be any serial number for Captivate subscription license unlike Perpetual one.
So, Captivate subscription gets activated using Adobe ID and password with which you purchased the subscription.

Your developer can download and install the trial of Captivate 7 from Adobe.com, but then in order to license that he will have to enter those credentials with which subscription was purchased.

But then how do you remove/deactivate Captivate on the consultant's machine
when the contract is over?

To deactivate Captivate, launch Captivate on that machine, click on Help > Sign out.

There is no way to deactivate Captivate on their machine remotely.
