£38.11 + 20% VAT = £45.73
Cost of full CC apps = £46.88 - near enough to mean full CC ?
I already went to the myadobe page which is split into active and inactive plans.
Under the active plans it shows the PS and LR plan which is correct (£ 8 a month or so).
Under inactive plans it shows the following. What more is there to say ?
Creative Cloud membership (one-year)
Your plan was canceled on December 11, 2013
As it happens I went from DW 5.5 to full CC but It really doesn't matter whether I cancelled a previous plan or not. Adobe is telling me they are going to renew the CC plan but it isn't a live plan as evidenced by the entry on the myadobe page.
Welcome to the Adobe Forums,
The Full CC that you had purchased on 11-May-2012, has been closed in November 2013.
You have the Photography CC active which was purchased on 22-Nov-2013. You will be charged only for this.
So why did I get the spurious e-mail threatening to automatically renew at £38 odd ?
The reminder email is automatically sent 30 days prior to the annual renewal date even if the subscription has been stopped. We are looking into this and apologise for the confusion caused.
As Rajshree said, you will not be charged for the cancelled subscription.
Thanks Beverley. You rode to the rescue when I changed to the photography plan because there was a system glitch then which stopped me and many others from making the switch. You actually did the switch for me.
As far as this latest issue is concerned it really beggars belief that such a simple mistake could be made. I would have thought it could be rectified within hours and hopeit will be.
