Cannot login to Connect Central

Good day.

After successfully installing Adobe Connect server, we cannot connect to Connect Central with the correct credentials.

The application doesn’t produce any result or error, just remains on the logon screen, clearing the fields,

probably reloading/returning to the login page.

Reading the access.log , we get the message of NO_ACCESS_NO_LOGIN.

If we introduce incorrect credentials we get the correct message of “ Invalid user or password. Please try again.

Installation on:

Windows 2008 server

Existing SQL Server 2008 R2 Express database

Any ideas?

So , in case someone else comes across, after talking to Platinum Support the solution was to tweak

the custom.ini file under ${install.dir}/${version}/ and comment (using #) the domain cookie variable.

No idea why this is happening, I also had to clear the cookies of the browsers in order to work..
