I have the same problem, although i only would like to download the trial version of photoshop.
But still, when I start Creative Cloud there is no sign-up, it is starting right away with "verify your email" and it's not my mail adress..never even heard of that one..
I hope, someone can help here?
If you have paid for the CC using wrong Adobe ID then you may cancel the subscription and purchase a new subscription using correct Email ID.

I have the same problem, also. Its actually for a member of our 'team'. The computer is signed in as her, so we download InDesign and it downloads the CC App. When we start the CC App, it says it will verify the email address (not hers) and there are only two buttons to click... Verify Email (blue button), and Resend (gray button).
All I want to do is change the email its trying to verify to.
Its not a matter of having paid for CC using the wrong Adobe ID. This is for one of our 'team' members.
Hi, I found a fix!! . If you download the adobe cleaner tool > clean all apps > reinstall CC. Worked for me... FINALLY!!!
