my problem is, because of the easter holidays the Adobe Support is not occupied. And I want to cancel my subscription with the 30 days money back warranty. But I can't reach anybody at Adobe! (Telefone, Chat)
What can I do... Because it is really much money and I am a Student. Do anybody know what Adobe will do? Are they goint to help me after the easter holidays, beacause then the 30 days are over!

But I have an anual plan (I pay monthly):
If you cancel within the first month, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation.
So do anybody know if Adobe is so kind, that they going to return my money some days after the 30 days... And over easter...
I'm a bit nervous 'cause it is much money... :/
