How Can I install Flash Player on a computer that will not have access to the Internet?

I downloaded the Flash install.aih file using another computer but when I try and install on the Windows 8 computer with no Internet, it fails probably because it needs to go out to the Internet to verify or obtain more files perhaps?   Please let me know.   I'm hoping there is a standalone install file package or something like that.

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save either or both of those to a Flash drive (they're 18mb each) and use them.
