    Adobe Clouds does not let me log on


      I have a problem logging on to adobe cloud app. Contacted adobe chat twice and made changes to ie and deleted a cloud file but after I restart my computer I again can't log on. I'm at a home computer using norton 360 for protection. Any ideas. Can't really chat with help every time I want to log on to adobe cloud.
