I open the app and it show the account and password information. So I sign in and after around 3-4 seconds I get a screen which tells me "You've been logged out, please log in" with a link button back to the log on screen.
Uninstalled and installed Adobe Cloud, chatted with help a few times and while I'm on with the help it get's resolved trough deleting some cloud file on my computer and then changed to IE, but that last only until the next restart of my computer.
Tks for the help.
I have the exact same problem on my PC but on my Mac it works.
I been on the phone with India a feew times about this issue but I can not log on.
I whant to use design programs on my Mac and movie programs on my PC.
same problem here on my pc 64 bit...it log in yesterday when I was working on a file. then as I was editing the cloud pop up and log me out, thinking it was hacked i went straight to my account and made a new password. still no go. been 24 hours now and still no go, I same it adobe side with this "heart bleed" problem.. hurry up and get it fixed. we are not paying for a broken program.
ok found this and it work, only problem the dir is hidden in windows, so best to open from user in directory then type the rest in
lease navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it(Windows).
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.
Enable user library: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-f iles.html.
Launch CC desktop and try to sign in.
Kindly let us know whether it worked.
remember to close cloud first.then delete that file, looks like this is the permission file that needs to be delete and replace with a new one, thats why it close on us, adobe you should email all members about this.
Tried this om my Windows PC.
Cant delete the "opm" file.
Forums tells me to end all tasks related to Adobe in "task manager" than try again, but nothing works.
Okay, now i started my PC W7 in safe mode and was able to delete the file.
So, when I restart my PC in normal mode I still gett the message "youve been signed out".
I then check my OOBE folder and I can see the opm re-apearing.
In fact, I tried to rename the OOBE folder to "OOBE", it simply creates a new OOBE folder containing a opm file.
This is exactly what happens to me. I've been experiencing this problem for 3 weeks now. Adobe has done nothing to fix the problem. SHAME on you ADOBE!~ People depend on this software to do their work.
So, the problem is now solved... after over an hour on the phone with India!
I had to turn down a few jobs due to this issue :l
