I pay for the creative cloud license, and still see the charge every month, but some how my subscription got bumped down to a "trial". Now that trial has expired and I am still billed, but I do not have working licenses for the software I need.
I am in my last few weeks of grad school thesis, and of any point in my life, it is most critical that I have access to the software I pay for right now.
The email I received confirming the purchase did not include a serial number or license, so I have no idea how to fix the problem, but I really really need this working immediately. I can not stress enough how important this be resolved ASAP.
