For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself
ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
For version 10, if you have nVidia, read below

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 10 running on?
What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Is it a NVIDIA GeForce? If so, the answer is not in the update but rather rolling back the driver version to about May 2013. Please Announcement at top of this forum to see if the Premiere Elements 10 NVIDIA GeForce issue applies to you.
If your computer uses a video card/graphics card other than NVIDIA GeForce, then you go to the web site of the manufacture of the video card/graphics card to obtain the latest driver version for your card.
We will be watching for your follow up.
