People are reporting this issue every day in the forums and Adobe did not made any patch to resolve this yet. I tried every solutions they told me and nothing work outside creating a new User under Windows... And I wont do this.
just daring "opm.db" file and it will work
it worked for me but now i cant update the apps.... wt*?
