    Pn9 with 32-bit PPTX 2013

      I would really like to use the latest PPTX with the latest Presenter, but am having no luck with installation.

       

      While Run as Administrator will allow me to load the Presenter plugin, it will not start the Presenter Video Creator.

       

      This is causing so much grief that I am installing 32 bit PPTX 2010 with Presenter 9 on a separate VM in order to get back to a working environment.

       

      Anyone have advice?

       

      Any timeframe for having a working version of Presenter for last year's version of PPTX?

          Could be a couple things.

           

          - Make sure your video card drivers are up to date. Out of date drivers can cause APVC to not work.

           

          - You mentioned this is on a VM. Presenter isn't very VM friendly. This can be because of shared access to drivers or storage, both of which can cause issues with Presenter.

           

          - Are you running this on a Mac with a VM of Windows? Why not use the Adobe Presenter Video Express tool that is for Mac? You can find it in the App Store.
