i am having the same problem. it started when i was prompted to sync to creative cloud, since then I cannot log in.

Adobe are looking into it although it's been a couple of weeks since I've heard anything from Adobe.
Any more updates Adobe? (voice echoes into the ether!)
This must be limited to iOS because I'm not having a problem on Android.

I'm having the same issue. I worked on a file on my iPad and noticed my files weren't synched. As soon as I logged in PS-Touch crashed and now I can't use the applicaiton and can't access any of my files and it seems like Ideas can't make a connection to the Creative Cloud at all.
Would be nice to hear something from Adobe. Whats the point of paying for all this if I can't use it?
Exactly the same with me, worked fine stand alone, bought the cc subscription, went to sign in, boom ... Can't get back in to use my main photo edit app :(.
Killed all the apps, powered down, started up, tried to open as the only app to no avail. Surely this is a big one???

yep, Adobe (supposedly) working on CC sync fiasco.
Meanwhile, put iPad in Airplane mode (to cut off connection), then access Ps Touch & turn off "Sync files" from CC icon at top.
Turn Airplane mode off. Should be able to keep Ps Touch open to use.
until sync is fixed...
(should be able to) + image from Creative Cloud if need to work on existing file. Need to manually Upload to CC to save a copy.
Give this whirl.
