Last week I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop (Dutch version). I got the Creative cloud icon on my desktop (Windows 7 laptop). It asks me to login, but after filling my ID and password it tells me I am logged out! The only option is changing my password, which I did. It does not help.
My ID and password are correct! Now I cannot update my Adobe CC software. So the desktop app is not working properly. What can I do? Please help!
By the way I can login to my account on the CC website.
I went to the Adobe Chat helpdesk and they helped me out. After some research they told me to delete the OOBE folder in %localappdata%/adobe/local/. This was succesful. I can login now.
