I am stuck in a loop.
It first started yesterday morning, nothing about my internet access or security settings have changed.
Every time I go to open any Adobe program, I get a pop up box to "Renew your subscription", saying that I am signed in to the correct account. I click Try Again, get "Thank you. Your subscription to Creative Cloud is now active. Click Continue to use your product." I click Continue, pop up box closes, then a new pop up box opens 2 seconds later with "Renew your subscription". The same cycle occurs if I click "Have a different Adobe ID?" and enter my password to sign in.
A couple of times when attempting to connect, I have gotten the license agreement, clicked Accept, and get "Thank you. Creative Cloud will now be licensed for ..... Click continue to enjoy the software." I click continue, the pop up box closes, then a new pop up box opens 2 seconds later with "Renew your subscription".
I am unable to use any Adobe product.
Mac OSX 10.8.5
Do not see any option to "License this Software"
No Adobe entries in my hosts file.
I am able to access https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/ successfully.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Create Cloud app.
Ok, so this isn't a problem with their validation system, it's a problem with their billing system (and/or communication).
Apparently I really do need to renew my subscription. Except NOWHERE on my account is that shown. In fact it says "Thank you for renewing for another year." Account status: One Year, Paid Monthly plan (with a one-year commitment). How exactly am I supposed to know that I need to renew, when all signs point to renewal already having been done? Everything looks peachy.
When I asked the live agent how I am supposed to know that my subscription expired when my account details show no issues whatsoever, the chat session was ended with no response.
