While purchasing the product from Adobe the Address on the card should be same and belongs to the country you are trying to place the order from , this goes same with updating Credit Card details as well .
So if you want you can create a new Adobe Account with the country you want and the billing address on the card should match with adobe account you create.

Grand Cayman is not listed as a country so I can't select it or use my credit card to pay. I amcontracted for 1 year but am stuck as I have to change cards and can't.
I don't suppose you have any suggestions RE my last reply?
The Adobe ID is of US,
In case you want to continue using CC then you have two options:
1. If possible then keep on paying from the same Credit card of US & the Creative Cloud will be active.
2. You can cancel the present CC & migrate to CC Team with one seat, as in Cayman island
Adobe sells CC team via resellers.

Would it not be possible to cancel the current subscription and biy a creative licence out-right for one year?
