          Hi;

          The way to share FormsCentral forms between multiple users, but only one paid account is to use the "Share" feature, you can add "Co-authors", "Collaborators", and/or "Readers" to the form.  The additional users added to the form share could have Free level accounts and can have numerous forms "Shared" with them (can only create one new form of their own, but can have unlimited shared with them).  The "features" in the form are tied to the subscription level of the form author, so if a Paid level user creates the form and shares it with multiple "Free" users, the paid level features would be enabled in that form.

          Here are instructions for sharing: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2462

          Thanks,

          Josh
