For whatever reason, I cannot access "Manage Extensions" from my Creative Cloud...says my password doesn't match my user name. The same when I try to access my applications through the program that is put on the desktop. However, all other access points work for my user name/password, which I did reset. Not sure what's going on.
And "access points" is supposed to mean what? If you are areferring to specific network stuff, you need to explain better. Eitehr way, it most definitely has nothing to do with Adobe, but rather some setting in whatever router is used.
Okay, I'll explain better. My problem is the one that is all ove this board: The CC desktop application tells me that "I have been signed out" every time I try to use it. Ridiculous. Adobe needs to fix the problem. I am NOT an IT person--I am a photographer--and I expect Adobe to fix the probem. I will not go through a bunch of coding jibberish to try to fix a known bug. And, this bug IS known. All you have to do look at this board. GET IT FIXED!!
