I can't choose preconfiguration for vimeo, I can't click on it. Why ?

      Thank you for answer.

Which version of the software are you using and on what operating system?

What steps exactly are you taking to open Vimeo?

Are you saying that you have presets for Facebook and YouTube, but not Vimeo? Please confirm. Very important point.

What portion of the following are you seeing when you go to Publish+Share/Online/Vimeo?

                Vimeo.jpg

                Just double checking...

                1. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer? Are you running the program Run As Administrator or from User Account with Administrative Privileges?

                2. Have you verified that Facebook or YouTube is actually working while Vimeo is not?

Can you export your Timeline content to a file saved to the computer hard drive and then upload that file to Vimeo at the Vimeo web site?

We will be watching for your results.

                Thank you.

                  Hello

you can see my screen (joint). Usually I make film and save on my computeur and then I go to the site vimeo and load on the site. It's always OK. But I would like to use directly the choice vimeo on adobe premiere elements 11.

I know that you want to use the Vimeo feature within Premiere Elements. But, for the troubleshooting, it is important to verify that your account at Vimeo is OK. And, we attempt to do that by exporting the Timeline to file saved to the computer hard drive and then importing that file to Vimeo at the Vimeo web site.
