Today is the second time this month that I have not been able to login into CC to update programs.
Fortunately, I documented how to resolve the problem by stopping CC.exe in Processes and deleting OPM.db.
But, why is this happening?
Is there something I can do to stop the problem?
It does take a bit of time to resolve this issue.
Without proper system info and details like what apps you actually have installed as which exact version (with all the updates and so on) nobody can even guess. This could even be some Internet connection problem where a dynamic IP assignment may invalidate the authentication key. Anyway, probably too complicated to figure out on a forum even if you provided al lthe info. It would be best to observe and have your resident computer nerd have a look.
