Can you give us more to go on? Is this just happening on one project? Do you see the popup menu? Have you applied all RH9 patches? Where is your RH project located?

Happens on all projects.  We have the latest update.  Popup menu comes up as expected. When you try to initiate a new baggage file, it locks up the program. The RH project is located on a a NAS drive.  We've never had this problem before in 9 years...only last couple of days.

Hi there

Normally you would see a dialog allowing you to navigate to and choose one or more baggage files to add. It's possible that this dialog is presenting, but in an area that is off the visible part of the screen.

Does your keyboard sport a nifty little key with a Windows logo on it? If so, when things seem to lock up, try pressing and holding that key while you also press the left arrow key once or twice. See if that action coaxes a hidden dialog back onto the visible screen area.

Cheers... Rick
