I am looking to know if we can have one (or many) forms on FormsCentral and have all of the responses compiled and HOUSED on the FormsCentral service itself, or if they must be exported to an Excel sheet and stored locally on a computer or server. I understand that you can have 5,000 responses/form and it keeps tracking up to 7,500 responses, but I am looking to know if we have 2,500 new responses, but 7,000 respondents previous, if that total "master list" of 9,500 contacts can be stored and housed on FormsCentral.
That is, can we have one "master list" hosted on the FormsCentral service? And can that "master list" have new responses added to it from one or many form responses?
Not in one form, the maximum number of responses per form is 5,000 (and we do give the leway you mentioned) at any time, you could not store 9,500 in one form. You can always duplicate your form once it gets near the limit and distribute the new copy to collect more responses so you can keep them all in FormsCentral but they would be in multiple forms.
