I created an ID for my father 2 years ago. Unfortunately I forgot the password and in the meantime the email address which I have registered is no more valid. It does not exist anymore so I can not enter the mail. I need to change the email BUT I have no password what can I do?

I have tried to contact the customer care by live chat but unfortunately it did not work - the connection was always cut off.
