Save as IDML from indesign CC, then open on cs5. It may there's a text reflow becuase the text engine differenct between versions.

You need to save all the files as .idml and open those in CS5 (and you'll need to fix them up, for sure), then save with new names for safety. The .indb file will be useless, so make a new one in CS5 and add your new files.
