I keep trying to sign into the adbobe CC ap, and what I get is "You've been signed out" right after I sign in! I've tried restarting the app, restarting my PC (Windows 7) and still no go. I know the password is right, because I can log in to adobe.com fine.
What's up with this?
I fixed my problem on my own today, Windows 10, laptop or computer. This issue happened twice in the last two months and the Adobe Tech Support took over my computer to fix the problem while I watched what they did.
Make sure you are signed in at Adobe, on their website.
Turn on your computer Task Manager (by right clicking on the bar at the bottom of your screen) and click on the Processes tab at the top of the page. There will be Adobe C... apps running (with a red CC icon) and a white Adobe Creative Cloud app listing. Click on the white app first and then click on the "End Task" button at the bottom of the page. Then click on any red Adobe C... apps that are running (quite a few) and do the same thing (End Task).
When there are no more Adobe CC apps Running on the Task Manager page, close the Task Manager.
Go to your Windows Start button to choose the program to open, and choose Adobe Creative Cloud program. This should now open your CC app.
