      Hello, i try to update my software already for weeks in Adobe Creative cloud, all the time it says it doesn't work??? I sent mail 2 weeks ago, no reply??? i just called had a man on the phone, and real bad service, i could not hear him my gosh... terrible, i pay a lot of money, and i get help like this???


      a very unsatisfied customer, what a terrible service, if we have to pay, no problem, but just a normal telephone conversation is not possible????
