I am trying to change my payment info and put the new card info after my old one was stolen.
After filling all the fields, then I press'Save' button - nothing happens. By 'nothing' I mean literally nothing. No any reaction from page.
Button is active and pressed and that is all. Form not saved, page not updated, no error messages, etc.
I have tried different browsers/workstations, tried phone. Nothing.
If I put some incorrect values - there is a error message. If I put correct - nothing.
What can I do to update it? my subscription is expiring soon.

As you have tried everything and you are not able to update Card Details you can contact Adobe Customer Support via the link mentioned below and the executives will help you out.

I'm having the same problem. I'm located in the Netherlands so I called 020 2013331, this is the Dutch custumerservice phone number, but it's forwarded to customer service in India (English speaking). The guy on the phone says he can't help me... and gives me the same phone number again... this is not going anywhere I'm afraid.
