    Adobe Suite on core i7-4500u

      Hello!

      I'm a college student taking a intro to computer art course in the fall. I'm trying to decide which laptop I should choose that won't be to expensive for my pocket. I will be using almost all of the adobe suite. I know for sure I'll be using dreamweaver, photoshop, indesign, and illustrator. I have two laptops I'm considering.

      #1) Dell Inspiron 17R- 17 inch    $806

                  * 4th gerneation intel core i7-4500u (4M cache, 2.4 ghz, with turbo boost to 3.0 ghz)

                  * 8GB memory DDR3L SDRAM, 1TB 5400rpm SATA hard drive

                  *  Intel HD graphics 4400

                  * 6-cell battery

                  *dvd +/- RW drive

      #2) Dell Inspiron 15R touchscreen!- 15 inch  $699

                 * 4th generation intel core i7-4500u (1.8 ghz  with turbo boost to 3.0 ghz)

                 * 8 GB memory DDR3L , 1TB 5400 rpm SATA hard drive

                 * Intel HD graphics 4400

                 * 6-cell battery

      There's around $100 difference. I'd just like to see which one has the biggest bang for my buck and will not freeze up or slow down when I have a couple of programs going on at once. I'm not sure if the core i7 with 1.8 ghz will be good since it has the advantage of being touchscreen, or if I'd need to get the core i7 with 2.4 ghz. Any suggestions can help!

      Thanks!
